In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park and close to the beautiful Locmiquel and Sept-Iles beaches, our house has an indoor heated swimming pool in season and a large wooded park, a haven of peace for playing, running, and relaxing.
In a few minutes on foot you will be on the most beautiful coastal paths of the Gulf of Morbihan or on the beach.
The house consists on the ground floor of a large living room with giant screen television, a dining room with table for 12 place settings plus a bar area with high table, a large fully equipped kitchen, a master suite with an anteroom dressing room and office where you can put a baby bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet, an additional separate toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs we find first a 2nd living area with a view of the park and a convertible sofa (140 cm, TV not connected to fiber, only if you bring your DVDs or game console), then a bedroom with 2 large beds (160 cm and 140 cm), a bedroom with a KIng size bed with 2 x 90 cm mattresses, a children's bedroom with 3 x 90 cm single beds, and finally a bedroom in the attic with a 140 cm futon bed and an extra single bed on the floor, ideal for children or teenagers. You will also find 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower) and 1 separate toilet.
The house is classified as 3-star tourism furnished home for a maximum of 14 people as per French tourism quality regulations, and labeled Clevacances, a quality label, for 12 people (quality and space criteria, e.g. 1 bathroom for 4 people).
