The property includes:
- a spacious house with 5 bedrooms ,
- a heated swimming pool (open from late April to late October) , covered by a veranda,
- a very large wooded park of 2 hectaresconducive to rest, games and shared moments.
The environment is calm, natural and preserved, ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle, while remaining close to the main tourist sites of the Gulf of Morbihan.
On foot to the beach and coastal paths of the Gulf of Morbihan
The park is located 900 meters from Locmiquel beach and the GR34 coastal path , one of the most beautiful hiking routes in Brittany.
From the house, you can easily reach:
- the tip of Locmiquel,
- Toulvern Point and the Sept Îles beach,
- the tip of Berchis, Larmor-Baden and its port.
The house is also an ideal starting point for exploring: Île aux Moines, Carnac, Quiberon, Vannes, Auray and the entire Gulf of Morbihan.

In just a few minutes, you can:

Heated and covered swimming pool, usable in all weather conditions
The swimming pool is heated throughout the season , generally from the end of April to the end of October.
Thanks to its veranda , it remains usable even in cool or rainy weather.
An offer tailored to each type of stay
We offer several configurations depending on the size of your group:
🔹 10 to 15 people: The entire house , the swimming pool and the grounds are completely private for your stay.
🔹 6 to 10 people: You benefit from a reduced rate by renting the house without the ground floor apartment (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen and spacious dining room at your disposal)
🔹 Stay as a couple: The independent 40 m² apartment , with a large terrace and park view, can be rented alone when the whole house is not rented (priority given to the house for bookings more than 2 months in advance).
In this case, you can often enjoy the private park and pool in complete tranquility.
👉 Possibility of renting the outdoor areas and the swimming pool for a quiet family day, only when the entire house is not rented, on a short-term basis (contact us).
Quality, labels and continuous improvements
Les Hauts de Locmiquel are labeled Clévacances 4 keys and Gîtes de France 3 ears , guarantees of quality and regular checks.
The house is equipped with geothermal underfloor heating .
Work to improve thermal comfort is carried out regularly:
- Attic insulation will be reinforced in November 2025.
- Gradual replacement of certain windows and Velux windows is planned for 2026.
For safety and environmental reasons, the open fireplace is currently not in use.

The house is equipped for your breakfasts: coffee machines (filter and capsules), kettles, coffee and tea are provided at the beginning of your stay and of course many cups of all sizes, to allow you to start your days smoothly.
🌿 A simple, optional service
This delivery service is offered on request (the day before by 11am), at an extra cost, so that everyone can organize their mornings at their own pace: sleeping in, breakfast on the terrace or in the sunny dining room, then an early departure for a walk on the coastal paths of the Gulf of Morbihan or for a cruise...
