The living spaces are bright, comfortable and designed for moments of sharing, both indoors and outdoors.
The real asset of the place: the heated swimming pool from April to the end of October and covered, accessible regardless of the weather for privileged moments of relaxation throughout the stay.
The terraces and garden invite you to enjoy al fresco dining, reading, or simply taking in the peace and quiet and the beauty of the surroundings. The park is a haven of peace for playing, running, and relaxing. The large kitchen and spacious dining room are ideal for convivial meals .
In a few minutes on foot (900 m), you can reach Locmiquel beach, Sept-Iles beach and the coastal paths of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Birdwatching, water sports, golf in Baden, horse riding... a complete immersion between land and sea.
You have 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs, an ideal setup for a more intimate stay, with a reduced rate.
You will also find 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower) and 1 separate toilet upstairs.
Upstairs there is first a 2nd living area with a view of the park and a sofa bed (140 cm), then a bedroom with 2 large beds (160 cm and 140 cm), a bedroom with a new 160 cm bed and a desk, a bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm) (2 x 90 cm mattresses pushed together) and a single 90 cm bed, and finally a bedroom in the attic with mattresses on the floor, ideal for children or teenagers (1 x 140 cm mattress and 2 x 90 cm).
The house is limited to 10 people in this configuration (ideal for 6 to 8 adults ).
An ideal solution for a holiday in a calm and unspoiled environment, close to the Gulf of Morbihan.
During peak season (approximately July 20th to August 23rd), a separate apartment located on the side of the house can be occupied by a couple. The layout allows for privacy for each guest (using the terrace in front of the living room rather than the one directly in front of the apartment), and the location remains perfectly suited for peaceful stays, in a spirit of relaxation and respect for the natural surroundings.
This configuration is an excellent option for:
