The Catagolfe returns from October 4 to 5, 2025 ! This unmissable nautical event brings together more than 200 catamarans each year, setting sail in the magnificent setting of the Gulf of Morbihan. A true spectacle on the water, to be admired from the coastal paths or the viewpoints around Baden, Arradon, and Vannes.

Take advantage of this sporty and festive weekend to discover the region in a different way: walks along the seaside, local markets, oyster tasting, or simply relaxing in the peace and quiet of our property and swimming in our indoor swimming pool, which is still very good!

The Carnac alignments and other prehistoric sites on the Morbihan coast are now listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites!

Take the opportunity to come (re)discover these mysterious sites during a well-deserved break this fall! They are pleasant to visit in any season.

The Carnac alignments are a 25-minute drive from the house, you can combine this with a walk on the Quiberon peninsula.

The 25 solar panels are installed on the roof of the house.
With a virtual battery coming soon, they will allow us to be energy self-sufficient, producing as much electricity as we consume over the year.

The heating of the swimming pool, the heating of the house, the household appliances, the hot water for the showers, everything works largely thanks to the Breton sun.

✨ Our house Les Hauts de Locmiquel in Baden welcomes you for comfortable weekends or stays, or for your All Saints' Day holidays (from October 18 to November 2 in France), a stone's throw from the coastal paths and the most beautiful villages of the gulf. Our swimming pool is still very good at the end of September, depending on the weather we will be able to keep it heated at least at the start of the school holidays.

This possibility is for days when the entire house is not rented.

Our privileged apartment for 2 people is now ready to welcome you!

It will be rented when the entire house is not rented, so you can enjoy the park and the swimming pool (from May to the beginning of October) all to yourselves!

It consists of a new, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and oven included) with a dining room opening onto the large terrace and the park, a large bedroom with comfortable armchairs, and a large bathroom and shower.

Our residents, 5 Landes de Bretagne ewes with their lambs and 2 Ouessant ewes in eco-grazing, have arrived! An ecological and silent solution that provides a serene presence.
