Autumn in the Gulf of Morbihan is an ideal season to take time, reconnect with nature and discover a region full of charm, without the crowds of summer.

✨ Our house Les Hauts de Locmiquel in Baden welcomes you for comfortable weekends or stays, or for your All Saints' Day vacation (from October 18 to November 2), a stone's throw from the coastal paths and the most beautiful villages of the gulf.

• Vannes Sekaï Festival – September 13 & 14 in Vannes
  Electro music and digital arts festival, located on the shores of the port of Vannes. The house has already been rented this weekend, so consider booking it for next year!
• International Festival "Long Live Magic" – October 11 at the Palais des Arts in Vannes
  Magicians and illusionists from around the world in a high-end show.
• Vannes Funfair – From October 18 to November 2, Parc du Golfe
  Rides, sweets and a festive atmosphere during the All Saints' Day holidays.
• Mille Sabords Exhibition – From October 30 to November 2 in Arzon (Port du Crouesty)
  The largest European used boat show with entertainment and a friendly atmosphere.

  An iconic seaside race for experienced runners and enthusiastic supporters - house already rented this weekend.
• Vannes Marathon – September 27 & 28

• La Catagolfe – October 4 & 5 in Arradon
  Large catamaran regatta in the Gulf of Morbihan, to be admired from the coast or the trails. House still available, come and enjoy this beautiful spectacle!

As the good weather arrives, we offer you the possibility of renting our exteriors: 2ha park with sheep in eco-grazing, swimming pool under veranda and large terrace with barbecue, for a day, an afternoon or an evening with family or friends.
This possibility is for days when the entire house is not rented.

We are lucky to be on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, which hosts an exceptional event every two years at the end of May: Gulf Week, which brings together hundreds of boats including old sailing ships.

Our privileged apartment for 2 people is now ready to welcome you!

It will be rented when the entire house is not rented, so you can enjoy the park and the swimming pool (from May to the beginning of October) all to yourselves!

It consists of a new, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and oven included) with a dining room opening onto the large terrace and the park, a large bedroom with comfortable armchairs, and a large bathroom and shower.

Availability this spring, take advantage of it!

Our residents, 5 Landes de Bretagne ewes with their lambs and 2 Ouessant ewes in eco-grazing, have arrived! An ecological and silent solution that provides a serene presence.

In addition, a new natural stone terrace (quartzite) is ready to welcome you with its garden furniture for this summer.
