The house comprises, on the ground floor, a large living room with a large-screen TV, a dining room with a table seating 12 plus a bar area with a high table for 4, a large, fully equipped kitchen, a separate WC, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Also on the ground floor is a separate apartment of over 40 m² with a large bedroom (queen-size bed), an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, and an additional kitchen/dining room.

Upstairs there is first a second living area with a view of the park and a sofa bed (140 cm), then a bedroom with 2 large beds (160 cm and 140 cm), a bedroom with a new 160 cm bed, a bedroom with 1 king size bed (180 cm, 2 x 90 cm joined) and 1 single bed of 90 cm, and finally a 5th bedroom in the attic perfect for children with a 140 cm mattress on the floor and 2 mattresses of 90 cm on the floor.

You will also find 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower) and 1 separate toilet upstairs.

The house is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

Upstairs there is first a 2nd living area with a view of the park and a sofa bed (140 cm), then a bedroom with 2 large beds (160 cm and 140 cm), a bedroom with a new 160 cm bed and a desk, a bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm) (2 x 90 cm mattresses pushed together) and a single 90 cm bed, and finally a bedroom in the attic with mattresses on the floor, ideal for children or teenagers (1 x 140 cm mattress and 2 x 90 cm).

The house is limited to 10 people in this configuration (ideal for 6 to 8 adults ).

An ideal solution for a holiday in a calm and unspoiled environment, close to the Gulf of Morbihan.

During peak season (approximately July 20th to August 23rd), a separate apartment located on the side of the house can be occupied by a couple. The layout allows for privacy for each guest (using the terrace in front of the living room rather than the one directly in front of the apartment), and the location remains perfectly suited for peaceful stays, in a spirit of relaxation and respect for the natural surroundings.

This configuration is an excellent option for:

• 2 to 4 couples (with or without children)

The pool is 10m long by 5m wide, it is deep and allows for pleasant laps.

It is salt-filled and heated to a minimum of 26 degrees (often 28-29 degrees in summer in the veranda in the sun), pleasant swimming and much warmer than the ocean!

Reservations are open approximately 30 days in advance, subject to availability at our main house. Please contact us if you wish to organize a special event further in advance.

Up to 15 people possible.

Access to a bathroom and toilet inside the house is included.

Kitchens and dishes are not included in this offer, contact us for daily rental of the entire house with equipment.

The swimming pool is heated to a minimum of 26 degrees from April to October and rises to 28-29 degrees in summer. It is a salt water pool.

Looking for a peaceful getaway for two in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park ?
Our 40 m² suite with kitchen and dining room , located in the south wing on the ground floor of the main house, is a cozy nest in Baden, with access to the large park and the exceptional natural environment of the place as well as the heated indoor pool from April to the end of October , a stone's throw from Locmiquel beach and the most beautiful coastal paths.

Perfect for an off-season getaway, a weekend or an extended stay for two, between sea and nature in the Gulf of Morbihan.

This accommodation has its own private entrance and a large terrace overlooking the park and sunsets, and of course, access to the private pool. Outside of school holidays , this part of the house is rented on its own: you then enjoy a very privileged setting, with the entire estate "to yourself". Only the The owner will sometimes be in the rest of the house from September 2026 onwards, without any inconvenience to you.

Only in very high season (summer), the rest of the house might be rented to a quiet family of 6-8 people maximum, each with their own terrace and respecting the peace and quiet of the place.

Most of the time, and if there is no arrival on the same day, we are flexible on the departure time.

You enter the living room with a brand new, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, ...) and dining room with a beautiful designer table.

Then you'll find the large bedroom with a 160cm bed and the spacious bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. A large wardrobe in the bedroom and ample storage in the bathroom will ensure your comfort.
