Five spacious bedrooms , sleeping up to 14-15 people, large living areas , a covered and heated swimming pool usable regardless of the weather, and a private, wooded 2-hectare estate where everyone can find their own space, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park and in close proximity to the beautiful Locmiquel beach and the Sept-Îles beach.

The house comprises, on the ground floor, a large living room with a large-screen TV, a dining room with a table seating 12 plus a bar area with a high table, a large, fully equipped kitchen, a separate WC, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. In addition, on the ground floor, there is a separate apartment of over 40 m² with a large bedroom (queen-size bed), an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, and an additional kitchen/dining room for this apartment.

Upstairs there is first a second living area with a view of the park and a sofa bed (140 cm), then a bedroom with 2 large beds (160 cm and 140 cm), a bedroom with a new 160 cm bed, a bedroom with 1 king size bed (180 cm, 2 x 90 cm joined) and 1 single bed of 90 cm, and finally a 5th bedroom in the attic perfect for children with a 140 cm mattress on the floor and 2 90 cm mattresses on the floor pushed together.

You will also find 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower) and 1 separate toilet upstairs.

The house is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

Fancy a peaceful getaway for two in the Gulf of Morbihan ?
Our independent apartment (40 m²) is a cozy nest in Baden, with access to the large park and the heated indoor pool in season (from mid-April to the end of October), a stone's throw from Locmiquel beach and the most beautiful coastal paths.

Outside of peak season, the apartment is often rented on its own: you then enjoy a very privileged setting, with the estate "all to yourself" most of the time (the owners will sometimes be in the rest of the house from September 2026 onwards, but no large families!).

Ideal for: nature weekends, seaside walks on the most beautiful coastal paths, markets and restaurants, and relaxing getaways in Southern Brittany

The apartment, measuring over 40 m2, is located on the ground floor of the main house, and has its own independent entrance and a large terrace overlooking the park and sunsets.

You enter the living room with a brand new fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, ...) and a dining room with a beautiful designer table.

Then you'll find the large bedroom with a 160cm bed and the spacious bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. A large wardrobe in the bedroom and ample storage in the bathroom will ensure your comfort.

Most of the time, and if there is no arrival on the same day, we are flexible on the departure time.

However, in rare cases, the other part of the house may occasionally be rented to another family. In this case, we will limit the number of people and children in the house to ensure a quiet environment. Please feel free to contact us to find out more.

Are you a smaller group and would like a more "confidential" version of the domain , while still retaining the essentials?
This offer corresponds to the same house , with heated indoor pool (from mid-April to the end of October) and large park , but without the independent ground floor apartment : therefore with 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs, an ideal configuration for a more intimate stay, with a reduced rate.

The park is a haven of peace for playing, running, and relaxing. The large kitchen and spacious dining room are ideal for convivial meals . In just a few minutes, you can reach Locmiquel beach and the coastal paths of the Gulf of Morbihan.

This configuration is an excellent option for:

• 2 to 4 couples (with or without children)
• a quiet "reunion" weekend
• A nature and seaside getaway with friends, with space for everyone

In just a few minutes on foot you will be on the most beautiful coastal paths of the Gulf of Morbihan or on the beach.

The house consists on the ground floor of a large living room with giant screen television, a dining room with a table for 12 plus a bar area with a high table, a large fully equipped kitchen, a separate WC, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. You will also find 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower) and 1 separate toilet upstairs.
Upstairs there is first a 2nd living area with a view of the park and a sofa bed (140 cm), then a bedroom with 2 large beds (160 cm and 140 cm), a bedroom with a new 160 cm bed and a desk, a bedroom with a king size bed in 180 cm (2 90 cm mattresses pushed together) and a single 90 cm bed, and finally a bedroom in the attic with mattresses on the floor, ideal for children or teenagers (1 140 cm mattress and 2 x 90 cm).

The house is limited to 10 people in this configuration (ideal for 6 to 8 adults plus children).

For a day of relaxation and leisure, if the house is not rented, we offer you to rent our private swimming pool for the day (or evening), with of course access to the park and also to the terrace with parasol and barbecue.

In our park surrounded by nature, 900 m from the Gulf of Morbihan and in the company of our sheep, come and enjoy a pleasant swim.

Large terrace with dining area and barbecue available for a day with friends or family.

The pool is 10 m long and 5 m wide, it is deep and allows you to swim pleasant lengths.

It is salt-water and heated to a minimum of 26 degrees (often 28-29 degrees in summer in the veranda in the sun), pleasant swimming and much warmer than the ocean!

Full day or evening possible if the house is not rented.

Reservations are open approximately 30 days in advance, subject to availability at our main building. Please contact us if you would like to organize a special event in advance.

Up to 12 - 14 people possible.

Access to a bathroom and toilet inside the house included, cleaning will be done after each visit.

You are asked to put the protective tarpaulin back at the end of the day and to be respectful of the premises. Also, kitchens and dishes are not included in this offer, please bring your own cardboard dishes like an outdoor picnic (but more comfortable with a large table and chairs!)
