In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park and near the beautiful beaches of Locmiquel and Sept-Îles, our house has a covered and heated swimming pool (from the end of April to the end of October) and a large wooded park, a haven of peace for playing, running, relaxing...

In just a few minutes on foot you will be on the most beautiful coastal paths of the Gulf of Morbihan or on the beach.

The house comprises, on the ground floor, a large living room with a large-screen TV, a dining room with a table seating 12 plus a bar area with a high table, a large, fully equipped kitchen, a separate WC, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. In addition, on the ground floor, there is a separate apartment of over 40 m² with a large bedroom (queen-size bed), an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, and an additional kitchen/dining room for this apartment.

Upstairs there is first a 2nd living area with a view of the park and a sofa bed (140 cm, TV not connected to fibre, only for if you bring your DVDs or a game console), then a bedroom with 2 large beds (160 cm and 140 cm), a bedroom with a 180 cm bed in 2 90 cm mattresses, and a bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds and a 140 cm double bed on the floor currently.

You will also find 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower) and 1 separate toilet upstairs.

The house is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation for a maximum of 14 people.

It is labeled Clévacances 4 keys, a quality label, for 12 people and Gîtes de France 3 ears for 10 people (quality and space criteria, e.g. 1 bathroom for 4 people for the 4 keys, bedroom in the attic not counted by Gites de France).

It is possible to rent the entire house without the ground-floor apartment, meaning it has 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, accommodating up to 12 people, on certain dates. See the corresponding listing, which is for the same house without the ground-floor apartment.
In this case, parties are not allowed, as the ground floor apartment can be rented to a couple separately at the same time, so the pool and park will be shared, as well as the neighboring terraces.

Apartment for a romantic weekend for two, or with a small child, benefiting from the large park and the indoor swimming pool heated from May to the beginning of October, very close to Locmiquel beach and the most beautiful coastal paths.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the main house, and has its own independent entrance and large terrace overlooking the park and the sunsets.

You enter the living room with new fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, ...) and dining room with beautiful designer table. Work in progress, photos to come, it will be finished at the beginning of March 2025.

Then you will find the large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a travel cot if needed, and the large bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower. A large wardrobe in the bedroom and plenty of storage in the bathroom will allow you to feel comfortable.

In very high season priority is given to renting the whole house, but outside these periods, if the apartment is free, there is a good chance that you will be able to enjoy the park and the swimming pool all to yourselves, because the rest of the house will not be occupied. Enjoy it!

It is possible, however, that the other part of the house is sometimes rented to another family. Please do not hesitate to contact us to find out what this is. As larger groups tend to book in advance, if you are booking for the next few weeks, it is likely that the situation will already be known.

Attention: there is only one house! This offer is the same house but without the master suite on the ground floor, limited to 12 people maximum, with 4 bedrooms instead of 5, and 2 bathrooms instead of 3, this at a price lower than the price of the entire house.

The house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with giant screen television, a dining room with table for 12 people plus a bar area with a high table, a large fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The 4 bedrooms are all upstairs. You will also find 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower) and 1 separate toilet upstairs.
Upstairs we first find a 2nd lounge area with a view of the park and a convertible sofa (140 cm, TV not connected to fiber, only if you bring your DVDs or game console), then a bedroom with 2 large beds (160 cm and 140 cm), a bedroom with a 180 cm bed with 2 90 cm mattresses, a children's bedroom with 3 90 cm single beds, and finally a bedroom in the attic with a 140 cm futon bed and an extra single bed on the floor, ideal for children or teenagers.

The house is limited to 12 people maximum in this configuration (ideal for 6 to 8 adults plus children).

Please note that it is possible from spring 2025 that the master suite on the ground floor not included in this offer can be rented separately to a couple. If this is the case, you will share the swimming pool and the park with them, as well as the terrace. This is also why the price is reduced for this offer, the house is not 100% exclusive to you. Please also respect the calm in this case (no party in this configuration). Thank you!

A mandatory cleaning fee is to be paid upon arrival directly at the conciergerie, for 150 € for the partial house. Thank you!

This offer is not available in high season at the moment, priority is given to the entire house. Please contact us in case of specific request on certain dates that would not be available in the schedule, we can study on a case by case basis.

For a day of relaxation and leisure, if the house is not rented, we offer you to rent our private swimming pool for the day (or evening), with of course access to the park and also to the terrace with parasol and barbecue.

In our park surrounded by nature, 900 m from the Gulf of Morbihan and in the company of our sheep, come and enjoy a pleasant swim.

Large terrace with dining area and barbecue available for a day with friends or family.

The pool is 10 m long and 5 m wide, it is deep and allows you to swim pleasant lengths.

It is salt-water and heated to a minimum of 26 degrees (often 28-29 degrees in summer in the veranda in the sun), pleasant swimming and much warmer than the ocean!

Full day or evening possible if the house is not rented.

Reservations are open approximately 30 days in advance, subject to availability at our main building. Please contact us if you would like to organize a special event in advance.

Up to 12 - 14 people possible.

Access to a bathroom and toilet inside the house included, cleaning will be done after each visit.

You are asked to put the protective tarpaulin back at the end of the day and to be respectful of the premises. Also, kitchens and dishes are not included in this offer, please bring your own cardboard dishes like an outdoor picnic (but more comfortable with a large table and chairs!)
