The house comprises, on the ground floor, a large living room with a giant screen TV, a dining room with a table seating 12 plus a bar area with a high table for 4, a large fully equipped kitchen, a separate WC, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. In addition, on the ground floor you will find a separate apartment of over 40 m² with its large bedroom (160 cm bed), and its en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.and an additional kitchen/dining room for this apartment.
Upstairs there is first a second living area with a view of the park and a sofa bed (140 cm), then a bedroom with 2 large beds (160 cm and 140 cm), a bedroom with a new 160 cm bed, a bedroom with 1 king size bed (180 cm, 2 x 90 cm joined) and 1 single bed of 90 cm, and finally a 5th bedroom in the attic perfect for children with a 140 cm mattress on the floor and 2 mattresses of 90 cm on the floor.

You will also find 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower) and 1 separate toilet upstairs.

The house is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.
