The house is ideal for family holidays, stays with close friends, quiet moments of relaxation or small private events.

👉 Our accommodation options : entire house (large capacity up to 14-15 people, 5 bedrooms), the same house for up to 8 people (4 spacious bedrooms), or the romantic "mini villa" version (a stay for two in the south wing on the ground floor). During peak season, priority is given to the house over the apartment. However, the 8-person house and the suite may sometimes be occupied simultaneously; in this case, we prioritize quiet families in the house (also very comfortable for a family of 4-5). Contact us to find out about availability for your dates.

Outside of school holidays, the apartment will mostly be rented to only one couple, with the owner occupying only the rest of the house, so you can enjoy the park and the pool in complete tranquility.

From the house, you can easily reach:

• the headland and beach of Locmiquel,
• Toulvern Point and the Sept Îles beach,
• the tip of Berchis, Larmor-Baden and its port.

In the evening, you can enjoy the sunsets over the park from the south and west facing terraces (until very late in June-July, the ideal season to enjoy the longest days ).

The large kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining facilities are designed for stays with several people and convivial moments.

For a hassle-free and comfortable stay, pre- and post-stay cleaning and linens are included in the rates shown. Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are available for an additional fee.

We can also arrange for the delivery of baskets of artisanal breads and pastries for you for gourmet breakfasts.

👉 Possibility of renting the outdoor areas and the swimming pool for a relaxing family day or for a special evening, only when the entire house is not rented, short term (contact us).

The house is equipped with geothermal underfloor heating and new photovoltaic panels, guaranteeing an eco-friendly stay in all seasons.
During the winter of 2025-2026 we significantly improved the thermal performance of the house: insulation of the attic to the best current standards for improved comfort, summer and winter, replacement of the windows with triple glazing and enlargement of the Velux windows in the bathrooms and upstairs hall for increased brightness and a magnificent view of the park from the floor.

For safety and environmental reasons, the open fireplace is currently not in use.
