The house consists on the ground floor of a large living room opening onto the park with a giant screen television, a dining room with a table for 12 people plus a bar area with a high table for 4 people, a large fully equipped kitchen, a separate WC, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, you'll first find a second sitting area with a view of the park and a sofa bed (140 cm), then a bedroom with two double beds (160 cm and 140 cm), a bedroom with a new 160 cm bed and a desk, a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) (two 90 cm mattresses pushed together) and a single 90 cm bed, and finally, an attic bedroom with mattresses on the floor, ideal for children or teenagers (one 140 cm mattress and two 90 cm beds). You will also find 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower) and 1 separate toilet upstairs (in addition to the toilet on the ground floor).
